A Guide to Converting Your Old Infigo Storefront into New Storefronts for Each Client

Are you hosting all of your customers in one Infigo storefront? In our last blog post, we shared why it could be a good idea to give each of your Web-To-Print clients an individual storefront with Infigo.  Transitioning from one store into many isn't as difficult as you might think! You may already have all of the pieces you need. With a little rearranging, you can create an Infigo storefront for each of your valued clients.

If you need to break apart your multi-client Infigo storefront into individual storefronts, here's your game plan:

1) Check how many storefronts you can have with your current Infigo plan.
You can do this by contacting Infigo's Support team to discuss what's included in your current plan.

2) Start with one client, and create their new storefront.
Start setting up the bare bones of a storefront for one of your clients who already order products from your multi-company website. To add a new storefront to your account, contact Infigo or Devia.

3) Migrate products and users.
Start exporting and importing products from your multi-company website to the specialty site. You can do this on the Admin side by navigating to Catalog > Products > Product Management. There you will see Import and Export (to Excel) options. You can do the same for the site's users by navigating to Customers > Customer Management. There you will find a tab called 'CSV Import'. Click on this tab for more information about importing/exporting users.

4) Update the logo, brand colors and font in Infigo to reflect the client's branding.
You can use tools like whatthefont on a brand's website to identify what colors and fonts they use. These settings can be changed in Appearance Settings inside Infigo's Admin tab “Content Management”. You can even upload your own CSS file in CSS Overrides.
